The Xel-Há-Tulum Tour is available from Monday to Sunday. The transportation schedule will depend on the location of your hotel.

In Tulum an additional tax is charged for the use of a video camera that is not included in the cost of the tour.

Children from 0 to 4 years of age enter free (it is essential to present identification when boarding the transportation).

Children from 5 to 11 years old have a 25% discount on the adult price (it is essential to present identification when boarding the transportation).

Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years of age, must present identification to prove their age at the time of boarding.

Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable.

It is not possible to change the date on the same day of the tour.
